Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is assisting a leading engineering and manufacturing company in Foxborough, MA to hire a Quality Assurance Engineer. This onsite role is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits.

You will inspect materials, perform quality checks, interpret drawings, and report findings. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to communicate issues and drive corrective actions, while maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related QA experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Experience with MS Windows, Office and other common computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate materials, parts and assemblies for conformance to procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct and interpret dimensional inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
• Evaluate and initiates resolution of non-conforming materials and/or products.
• Communicate results both verbally and in writing with external and internal customers, staff at all levels, in a timely manner.

In this role, you’ll supportproduct quality and inspectionsbypreformingquality checks and product audits, investigate non-conforming materials, andkeep detailed records of your findings.You’ll also work with different teams and customers tocommunicate quality issues, prepare reports, and present data.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects and evaluates materials, parts and/or complete and complex assembliesfor conformance to known industrial procedures, specifications and quality standards
• Conduct and interpret dimensional inspection, finished product, parts, units, or processesto ensure quality standards are met
• Evaluate and initiatesresolution of non-conforming materials and/or products
• Skillfully and thoroughlycommunicates results both verbally and written with external and internal customers, other departments, andto staff at all levels of SE, in a timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Associates degree required, bachelors preferred
• 3+ years of related QA experience
• Can read and interpret drawings, specifications and procedures.
