Nexio Power, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to build robust quality systems for our propane truck assembly in Lufkin, Texas.

You will drive manufacturing excellence and ensure top-tier vehicle production through structured quality programs and hands-on process control. The role requires a BS in Engineering or Quality Management and 4+ years in automotive or manufacturing quality, with CQE or Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Quality Management
• 4+ years in automotive or manufacturing quality
• CQE or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, and SPC

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (ISO 9001)
• Conduct root cause analysis on production defects
• Design and execute inspection plans and test protocols
• Work with suppliers to establish incoming quality standards
• Lead quality training for production staff
