SAIF Corporation is seeking a senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Data Management & Analytics team. You will lead testing and validation for data pipelines, ETL workflows, reports, and dashboards, embedding quality throughout the data lifecycle.
You will collaborate with analysts, data engineers, product partners, and stakeholders, drive automation initiatives, and champion best practices while ensuring data integrity, reliability, and actionable insights for business decisions.

In this role, you'll help ensure the quality and reliability of the data products that drive business decisions. You'll lead testing and validation efforts for data pipelines, ETL workflows, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions while championing best practices for data quality across the organization.
Working closely with analysts, data engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will drive automation initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help establish a culture where quality is embedded throughout the data lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted advocate for data integrity, ensuring that the data and insights our organization relies on are accurate, consistent, and dependable.

Please note: While you are required to live in Oregon, SAIF employees enjoy remote, in-office, and hybrid work schedules.

Typical hiring range: $97,771 - $115,025. The pay range for this position is annually based on a full-time schedule. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications & education.

Full salary range: $86,270 - $143,780
