Job description

Are you passionate about ensuring data is accurate, trustworthy, and actionable? We're seeking a senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing Data Management & Analytics team.

Why the Data & Analytics Team?

This is an exciting time to join. SAIF is modernizing its analytics platform, moving toward cloud-native technologies, certified data models, self-service analytics, and stronger data governance. You'll have a unique opportunity to help shape that transformation while influencing how quality is built into our data ecosystem from the ground up.

In this role, you'll help ensure the quality and reliability of the data products that drive business decisions. You'll lead testing and validation efforts for data pipelines, ETL workflows, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions while championing best practices for data quality across the organization.

Working closely with analysts, data engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will drive automation initiatives, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help establish a culture where quality is embedded throughout the data lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted advocate for data integrity, ensuring that the data and insights our organization relies on are accurate, consistent, and dependable.

If you enjoy collaborating with others, solving complex data challenges, and helping teams deliver trusted analytics with confidence, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: While you are required to live in Oregon, SAIF employees enjoy remote, in-office, and hybrid work schedules.

  • Review product requirements, specifications, and design artifacts to proactively identify quality risks and opportunities for improved testability.
