Join us to bring the gift of health to life.This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.Position SummaryResponsible for ensuring consistent quality of all manufacturing processes by issuing, tracking, reviewing, and evaluating all documents and records accompanying GMP manufacturing or packaging operations.Key Responsibilities• Reviews bulk, components, labels, laboratory test records, and finished goods to ensure all documents and results meet written specifications and enters disposition in the system.• Samples, inspects, and reviews documentation of bulk, components, labels, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.• Reviews and approves minor non conformances and batch production change controls.• Reviews work order cover sheets for the issuance of manufacturing batch records, logbooks, and protocols associated with the manufacture of Pharmavite products and ensures completeness and accuracy prior to filing.• Works cross functionally with operations to resolve documentation errors.• Conducts in-process audits and testing as assigned to support established procedures.• Prepares reject notices for non-conforming inventory to ensure quarantine process is followed.• Tracks the receipt of and/or issuance of all technical documents associated with the manufacture of products.• Prepares and scans manufacturing batch records, packaging records, and protocols for electronic archiving following Pharmavite retention policy.• Promotes a culture of quality utilizing technical skills and knowledge of cGMP.QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Required+ 1 year related experience RequiredKnowledge, Skills & Competencies• Experience with quality measuring and testing equipment Medium• Ability to speak, read, and write English. These rewards - plus our new recognition program - ensure employees feel supported both at work and home.National Target Base Pay Range: $46,000.00 - $76,000.00.The salary range for this position is based on national standards.For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $52,000.00 - $85,000.00, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
