You will implement standardized processes, resolve quality issues, and promote continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 3–5 years of quality/manufacturing experience.
• CQE certification within one year of hire.
• Strong documentation, auditing, and process-improvement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the QMS and procedures.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits to verify compliance with QMS and customer requirements.
• Manage the site calibration program and ensure measurement equipment is controlled and calibrated.
• Review quality documentation and ensure contractual requirements are maintained for customer programs.
• Resolve supplier quality issues and lead supplier audits and improvements.
• Lead and support cross-functional process improvement and efficiency projects.
• Analyze nonconformances, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
