Job summary

Rowe Casa Organics is seeking a Quality Assurance Complaints Coordinator to join the Quality Department. This role reports to the QA Manager and supports event reporting and investigation of complaint procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The incumbent will document complaint submissions, coordinate with internal teams, review investigation reports, and help prepare for audits and CAPA activities while ensuring timely processing and data reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to compile information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

  • Records and evaluates complaint submissions.
  • Communicates with staff to obtain relevant information.
  • Coordinates with Customer Service, QA, Manufacturing, and R&D to inform reports.
  • Reviews regulatory reportability decisions on complaints.
  • Prepares for audits and inspections; contributes to CAPA activities.
  • Generates complaint data reports and trend analyses.
  • Receives returned goods and handles decontamination if needed.

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Complaints Coordinator will be part of the Quality Department reporting to the QA Manager or designee. This position will support the required event reporting and investigation of all complaint-related procedures, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Records and evaluates complaint submissions.
  • Communicates with staff and/or patient to acquire relevant complaint information.
  • Coordinates with internal departments (Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and R&D) to incorporate vital input into complaints reports.
  • Reviews and provides feedback on complaint manufacturing investigation reports.
  • Records and provides regulatory reportability decisions on complaints.
  • Ensures timely processing of complaints.
  • Generates and submits serious adverse event reports to appropriate authorities and government agencies as requested and as required by applicable laws and regulations.
  • Involved in activities to prepare for audits and inspections.
  • Performs root cause investigations and is involved in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities.
  • Receives returned goods and decontaminates if necessary.
  • Reviews and closes complaint files.
  • Collects complaint case and process metrics to capture and generate trend reports.
  • Coordinates with other departments to provide complaint data reports as needed.
  • Participates in inter-departmental cross-functional projects.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by QA manager or designee.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
