Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to support production through chemical and physical analysis of concentrates and finished products. You will test raw materials and in-process batches, calibrate instruments, and develop analytical procedures while ensuring cGMP and safety standards are followed.

You will work weekends with early shifts, requiring flexibility and strong attention to detail. English proficiency is essential with additional Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and writing skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility with schedule including shift work.
• Overtime may be required with very little notice.

Responsibilities

• Test and approve raw materials.
• Test and approve finished and in-process batches; make adjustments as necessary.
• Analyze and approve line samples.
• Assist in production problems – troubleshoot.
• Maintain and calibrate gauges and instruments.
• Prepare and standardize reagents.
• Develop and validate analytical procedures.
• Provide training to personnel.
• Perform stability testing on OTC production.
• Promote compliance with cGMP and safety/environmental regulations.
