Dahl Consulting in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated testing solutions for web, API, and mobile applications. You will collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and IT to raise quality and reliability across large-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Automation Engineering or software test automation.
• Hands-on experience developing automated test frameworks and test scripts for web, API, and/or mobile applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, TestComplete, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of API testing, SQL, Git, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience integrating automated testing within CI/CD environments using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms.

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that enhance the quality, reliability, and performance of web, mobile, and API-based applications. Preferred Experience

Preferred Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications within distribution, logistics, e‑commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain environments. Exposure to cloud-based development and testing environments. Experience with test management and quality tracking tools. Knowledge of performance, regression, and end‑to‑end testing methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous quality engineering principles. Relevant software testing or quality assurance certifications.
