Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor for the First Aid and Safety division on the 2nd shift in Middletown, OH. You will conduct audits across inbound, outbound and production to ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations.

You’ll document findings, support CAPA actions, maintain records in CQATS, SAP and Smartsheet, and collaborate with Quality, Production and Distribution to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret ruler measurements.
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Preferred: experience in quality, auditing, inventory control, or distribution operations.
• Preferred: experience with SAP, CQATS, and Smartsheet.
• Preferred: proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Overtime may be required as needed by the business.

Job description

Title: Quality Assurance Auditor - First Aid and Safety - 2nd Shift

Location: Middletown, OH, US, 45044

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for ensuring products, processes, and operations throughout the FAS Distribution Center meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role performs independent audits across Inbound, Outbound, and Production operations using established quality methodologies to verify compliance, product integrity, inventory accuracy, and process effectiveness. This position supports quality assurance and operational excellence by identifying and investigating non-conformances, monitoring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. This position provides quality-related reporting, data analysis, and insights that support informed decision-making, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and inspections across Inbound, Outbound, and Production operations to ensure compliance with established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Identify, document, investigate, and escalate quality issues, non-conforming products, and process deviations.
• Support investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and resolution efforts in partnership with operational and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate quality records and audit documentation within CQATS, SAP, Smartsheet, and other applicable systems.
• Perform quality reviews related to production processes, order fulfillment, and shipment accuracy.
• Communicate audit results, recommendations, and quality concerns to leadership and operational partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Distribution Operations to achieve organizational objectives.
• Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the Distribution Center.
• Support special projects, audits, inspections, and other quality-related activities as assigned based on business priorities.
