Qualifications

• High school diploma required; knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, 14001, 45001) a plus.
• Experience as an auditor in logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience working within an industrial/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and monitor processes to ensure quality standards.
• Create product quality reports from QA checks.
• Identify gaps and communicate corrective actions with teams.
• Complete pack audits as required.
• Liaise with training team to address operational errors.
• Prepare slides for daily performance boards.
• Perform First Article Inspection checks for new products.
• Identify quality improvements and support long-term solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
