Job summary

AmeriLife Group, LLC seeks a QA Auditor Associate to conduct internal audits of manufacturing and operational processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will document findings and drive corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in QA/auditing, strong analytical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to maintain high quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred for development roles.
• 3+ years in quality assurance or auditing, preferably in manufacturing/production.
• Desirable certifications such as CQA, CQT, or Six Sigma; knowledge of ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of operational processes to assess compliance with QMS and procedures.
• Identify non-conformities and document findings with clear CAPA recommendations.
• Create audit reports and track corrective actions for effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data, report KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and management to implement improvements.
• Maintain quality records and coordinate readiness for external audits and inspections.
• Assist in developing and delivering training on QA policies and procedures.
• Support safety protocols and risk management in operations.
