Responsibilities include part layout, red-tag maintenance, gauge calibration, and daily data collection. The role requires strong attention to detail and teamwork within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Understanding of inventory control processes.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Recognizes safe working practices and environment.
• Understands what constitutes quality products.
• Possesses basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Shows average or better numeric and visual recall.
• Is computer literate and proficient with basic software.
• Willing to pass quality skills/tests as required.
• Quality audit experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product/process quality audits as assigned.
• Operate basic inspection equipment and tools.
• Perform part layout and inspection as directed.
• Maintain red-tag and gauge calibration processes.
• Demonstrate stop-the-line authority for safety/quality concerns.
• Follow daily work instructions and complete data collection.
• Act as a backup for QA Technician roles.
• Perform daily 5S activities.
