Performance Seats, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Quality Analyst to support the QA team. You will test, document findings, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves conducting inspections, recording results, and collaborating with production, operations, and engineering teams to address quality concerns. Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential, with overtime and weekend hours possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in mechanical inspection and visual appearance standards where applicable.
• Team player with excellent communication skills, positive attitude & high attention to detail.
• Availability to work overtime including occasional weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• Willingness to meet with customers on specific issues.
• Good organizational and communication skills, personable and presentable.
• PLEX knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Carry out incoming inspections and maintain quality cages within specifications.
• Discard or reject products not meeting specifications.
• Record and report test results and identify defects or process issues.
• Support analysis of quality metrics and trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.
• Maintain and update quality documentation such as SOPs and inspection reports.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementations.
• Participate in time studies and assist with test plans and checklists.
