Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to perform high-level audits and data reviews ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards to senior leadership in support of the FBI's SWIFT mission. The role develops and implements QA procedures in a large system development environment.

Must be a U.S. citizen with a Top Secret clearance. Pending contract award; on-site position in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Experience performing audits and data reviews for compliance.
• Ability to develop and implement QA procedures and test plans.

Job description

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to provide high-level audit and data review to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards to senior leadership in support of the FBI's Strategic Workforce for Intelligence, Finance, and Technical Administration (SWIFT) mission. The Quality Assurance Analyst develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have a Top Secret clearance.

This position is pending contract award.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation
• Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Provide an independent assessment of how the project’s development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization’s process
• Provide support in the development of project’s Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the project

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or seven (7) or more years of relevant experience
• Minimum of four (4) years or more years of quality assurance experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience providing executive-level administrative support within the FBI, Department of Justice (DOJ), or another federal government agency
