The software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the manual testing and quality verification of proprietary Windows-based applications, embedded systems, and associated hardware. This role requires a self-motivated analyst who can efficiently execute test cases, collaborate on testing workflows, and manage multiple assigned projects. The ideal candidate possesses a strong working knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and will participate in verification and validation phases, including requirement reviews and manual test case development. While hands-on automated script development is not required, the analyst should be familiar with test automation frameworks and processes. Key responsibilities include reproducing field-reported issues in the lab, documenting software defects, and assisting with release verification. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical writers to facilitate product documentation.
