Job summary

Stack Metallurgical Services, Inc. is seeking a quality associate to provide administrative support to the Quality Manager and to maintain quality documents and metrics.

The role focuses on ITAR compliance, AS9100 document control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will work on data analysis, KPI reporting, and collaboration with the quality team to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Excel functions including Pivot Table, V Lookup, Charts.
  • Proficient with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with MS Sharepoint, Outlook, Calendar, Teams, and others as necessary.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain ITAR requirements.
  • Monitor, organize, and maintain all AS9100 Quality System documents.
  • Maintain Quality Metrics and report on KPI's.

ASAP Quality Associate
Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager. This individual will maintain and organize Quality Documents, manage Quality Metrics, and other various tasks. The Quality Associate will also stay updated on regulatory and customer requirements and assist the Quality Manager in maintaining compliance with these requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain International Traffic Traffic in Arms (ITAR) requirements
  • Monitor, organize, and maintain all AS9100 Quality System documents
  • Maintain Quality Metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Identify, initiate, and complete Opportunities for Improvement
  • Other duties as assigned
