Job summary

Carvana is hiring for entry-level automotive positions at our Hebron Road inspection center in Ohio. Open roles include Detailer, Lot Attendant, Photobooth Associate and Inspection Associate, with shifts and mandatory overtime as needed.

Starting pay ranges from $15.00–$16.00 per hour, and there are robust benefits and training programs to help you grow within the company. We offer two shifts: first shift 6am–3pm and second shift 3:30pm–2:30am, with a location at 2183 Hebron Rd, Heath, OH 43056.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Some positions may be subject to an MVR check.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to weather.
• Safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, gloves and other garments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
• Move vehicles between departments in Inspection Centers.
• Photograph vehicles for listing images in the system.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors to identify imperfections/defects.

Job description

In these entry-level roles, you’ll have several positions to choose from:

• Detailer: detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
• Lot Attendant: move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
• Photobooth Associate: take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners
• Inspection Associate: inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects
• Pay: Starting pay for this position is $15.00-$16.00/hr.
• Schedule: We offer two shifts at this location. Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.
  • First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
  • Second shift: Mon-Thurs 3:30pm-2:30am

General Qualifications And Requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
