Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented data-entry and quality-assurance support specialist in Massachusetts to assist in NCR resolution, calibration records, and document control. The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, data tracking, and ensuring accurate responses to customer requests.

You will work with auditors and internal departments to maintain documentation, support training, and help implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with auditors, customers, suppliers and internal departments to resolve daily issues and prevent recurrence
• Enter, maintain, and track data for NCRs and customer requests
• Maintain records for calibration, materials certification, and customer surveys
• Prepare and audit documentation and work instructions
• Train inspectors and support process improvements
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Interacts with auditors, customers, suppliers and internal departments to assist in resolving daily issues which includes setting steps to prevent re-occurrence
• Enter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for NCR's to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reports
• Enter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for Company Improvement to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reports
• Enter, maintain, track and gather data for objective evidence for Training to resolve and/or assist with responses to customer request, NCR's, reports
• Monitor the creating and maintaining of Controlled Technique Sheets & Frozen Planning
• Creating and maintaining documents
• Filing and/or Data Entry to assist Lab, Calibration, Controlled Certification of Materials, Customer Interaction, Customer Surveys
• Monitor Customer Approvals database
• Back-up functions provided by Calibration, Controlled Purchasing and Quality Manager
• Perform Spec review / Gap Analysis, create and maintain procedures, forms and systems applicable to the process
• Train and Assist Inspectors
• Audit Preparation
• Train to new work instructions, procedures, systems
• Review of non-compliance parts and issues and perform root cause corrective action process
• Requires a multitasked individual capable of ascertaining root cause through investigation. All actions must be customer oriented – External as well as internal

Pay Rate 20.00-25.00 per Hour
