Develop and maintain standardized dashboards, scorecards, and reports aligned with WVU Medicine priorities, payer requirements, and regulatory benchmarks.3. Develop and utilize tools to track, analyze, and report quality metrics4. Monitor trends, identify gaps in performance, and escalate risks or opportunities for improvement.5. Support practice-level and systemwide quality improvement initiatives using established improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma).6. Assist with root cause analyses, action plan development, and outcome tracking.7. Partner with practice leaders and operational teams to promote standardized workflows and sustain improvements.8. Support SMG compliance with ambulatory regulatory, accreditation, and payer quality requirements (e.g., CMS, NCQA, Joint Commission, state programs).9. Assist with audit preparation, survey readiness, measure abstraction, and submission of required data.10. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support ambulatory accreditation and quality programs.11. Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership, committees, and practice teams.12. Effectively communicate quality performance insights to clinical and operational stakeholders.13.
