AMOT Controls is seeking a Quality Analyst to collaborate with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering. You will analyze failures, support conformance documents, and track corrective actions from assembly data.
The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent QA experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. Proficiency with measurement tools and MS Office is expected.

Education & Experience:
Two-year technical degree and / or two years’ experience as a Quality Analyst or equivalent combinations of skills and experience is needed. Specific skill requirements include excellent oral and written communication skills, and proven teamwork ability. Foreign language skills is a plus. Must have basic understanding of statistics.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts addition and basic statistical analysis like computing averages, frequency distributions, Pareto analysis and plot histograms, bar, line and pie charts.
Computer Skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, MRP platforms and Statistical software.
Reasoning Ability
Proven problem‑solving ability. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
