Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Program Manager to oversee state-level quality improvement initiatives and Accreditation readiness, with emphasis on NCQA standards and regulatory expectations.

The role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to design studies, develop improvement plans, and ensure compliance across programs. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration 1 day per week; BS in health field and 4+ years in healthcare quality preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in health administration, nursing, or related clinical field; 4 years of health care quality or data analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of NCQA Accreditation standards and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving Accreditation readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead state-level quality strategy meetings and develop a quality plan.
• Serve as SME for Accreditation readiness and NCQA standards interpretation and documentation.
• Partner with leaders to track Accreditation milestones and readiness activities.
• Coordinate accreditation work plans, evidence collection, and readiness reviews.
