The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

The Experience

The "Qualified Success Architect, University" will help shape the voice and reach of Qualified University, our external learning hub for customers and partners. This role sits where customer education meets product marketing. You'll turn platform updates into engaging, story-driven content, build best-practice resources that customers want to use, and grow University's audience and engagement across segments from enterprise to SMB.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
  • Own the creation and refresh of University articles and courses, keeping content current while making it engaging, on-brand, and easy to act on
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Enablement, and CS to turn new releases into customer-facing launch content, including articles, release highlights, videos, and adoption campaigns
  • Develop best-practice content and use-case stories that show customers and partners the "why" behind features, not just the "how"
  • Drive community engagement by planning product update posts, starting conversations, answering member questions, and running initiatives that increase participation in the Qualified customer community
  • Maintain and promote partner certification paths so partner-facing content stays current and drives enrollment
  • Track content performance and engagement, and use what you learn to improve what we build and how we promote it
  • Act as the subject matter expert and steward of the University brand, keeping resources organized, consistent, and useful at every stage of the customer journey
You’re Our Person If...
  • 3–7 years of SaaS experience

  • Experience with the Qualified platform is a strong plus
  • A creative, storytelling mindset, with a track record of making technical or product topics compelling for a customer audience
  • Excellent written communication skills and a strong sense of voice, tone, and audience
  • Experience building launch, adoption, or customer marketing content (release announcements, campaigns, newsletters, webinars, or video)
  • Highly organized, able to manage a high volume of content across a large library and multiple launches at once
  • Comfortable going deep on product functionality and translating it into clear, engaging value for customers
  • Experience with content, design, or video tools (e.g., Canva, Loom, course authoring tools) is a plus
  • Experience growing or managing an online community is a plus
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take on multiple roles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for helping customers succeed with software
