Reflections Retirement Community is seeking compassionate individuals for a part-time position as a Qualified Medication Aide. Located in Greenwood, IN, this role focuses on delivering personalized care as per residents' care plans while working weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana.
• Must have Indiana license and be Insulin certified.

Salary Range: $22.50 - $23.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Weekend Only

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications
