Job summary

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of Inspire Scaler and creating communications using Tickets through Quadient Interactive.
• Ability to guide business content authors/users towards ticketing experience.
• Experience with application interfaces and ADA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support Quadient applications using agile methodologies.
• Manage migration of versions from lower version to higher version.
• Assist in QA/UAT/Performance testing and resolve incidents in production.
