A technology solutions company in New Jersey is seeking an experienced professional to design, configure, and support Quadient applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and a strong understanding of APIs and microservices. Responsibilities include migrating versions of applications, aiding in QA/UAT testing, and resolving production incidents. Candidates with a certification in Quadient will have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Practical understanding of Inspire Scaler and creating communications using Tickets through Quadient Interactive.
• Ability to guide business content authors/users towards ticketing experience.
• Experience with application interfaces and ADA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, develop, and support Quadient applications using agile methodologies.
• Manage migration of versions from lower version to higher version.
• Assist in QA/UAT/Performance testing and resolve incidents in production.
