Job summary

Country Fresh Meats is a subsidiary of Jack Link’s Protein Snacks. The Route Sales Driver will service stores in the Quad Cities area, starting around 4 am to align with customer schedules and promotions.

You’ll drive distribution, manage shelf placement, and build relationships with customers to grow sales across multiple states. Expect to use Encompass and Concur for day-to-day tracking, handle inventory, and support overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish an efficient route schedule of stores with accounts in an assigned area.
• Achieve successful sales, distribution and shelf placement through programs and promotions.
• Analyze market opportunities for new products and shelf space.
• Handle customer issues and resolve with management support.
• Maintain in-store displays and sales materials and professional customer relations.
• Track day-to-day activities using Encompass and Concur.
• Overnight travel may be required; route starts around 4 am.
