Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a QTSS Administrator Level I/II to manage LabWare LIMS in a GxP environment and support QC software systems such as Empower and Tiamo.

You will assist with validation activities, maintain system documentation, and collaborate with QC, IT, and Validation teams to ensure data integrity and compliant software deployments.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry or life sciences (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in a scientific/laboratory environment with some IT knowledge (preferred).
• Familiarity with LabWare LIMS and QC laboratory systems.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation and 21 CFR Part 11 (preferred).
• Empower CDS experience (plus).
• Strong communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally (QC, IT, Validation, QA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop LabWare LIMS in a GxP compliant environment; create and manage master data; support change controls for Quality computer system updates
• Develop and maintain system documentation (SOPs and Work Instructions)
• Assist with system updates, change controls, and maintenance activities
• User access and database administration of Empower 3 and analytical test equipment software (OMNIC, Tiamo, DataPro2, MasterSizer 3000, Keyence Vision, Instron Bluehill, etc.)
• Collaborate with interfacing departments (QC Raw Mats, QC Commercial, QC analytical, QC Stability and QC Micro, IT, Validations, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Position Summary

The Quality Technology Systems and Solutions (QTSS) Administrator Level I/II is responsible for:

• Administration of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Administration of Quality Control software systems, including Empower, Tiamo, OMNIC, ECLIPSE, DataPro2, Keyence Vision Systems, etc.
• Assistance with implementation of new Quality Control (QC) Software systems
• Supports Computer Systems Validation as needed

Salary Range: $62,000 USD - $68,000 USD
