Job summary

The role oversees QA, safety, configuration control, and mission readiness support, requiring defense/aerospace experience and an active SECRET clearance. This full-time position supports hardware development through production and sustainment, with extensive governance and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a relevant field with defense/aerospace exposure.
• Experience with AS9100D, MIL-STD-882E, and regulatory compliance.
• Active SECRET clearance and US citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QSMA program across program phases, ensuring audit readiness.
• Oversee QA, safety, configuration control, and mission readiness.
• Report quality metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with government surveillance, reviews, and inspections.
• Present QA activities at Management Reviews.
