A technology services provider is seeking a Benefit Configuration Analyst responsible for analyzing, designing, and validating complex benefit configurations within the QNXT platform. This position ensures claims adjudication accuracy and compliance by collaborating with various teams. Required qualifications include strong expertise in QNXT and benefits configuration, along with the ability to work independently. The role offers a remote work option and a competitive pay range of $45-$55 per hour.
The Benefit Configuration Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, build, and validation of complex benefit configurations within the QNXT platform to support accurate claims adjudication and compliance. This role works closely with Product, Compliance, IT, Network and Claim’s teams to ensure benefit plans are implemented accurately, timely, and in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements. The analyst serves as a business and technical expert in QNXT benefit build and plays a key role in supporting new plan implementations, annual updates, and ongoing configuration maintenance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA. Workplace Type: This is a fully remote position.
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
