Job summary

A Bachelor's in Engineering and 3+ years' manufacturing quality experience are required, with preference for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of quality engineering in manufacturing; battery/auto battery experience preferred.
• Experience building QMS architecture and organizing cross-functional procedure sign-off.
• Proficient in APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA; familiarity with VDA6.3 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build a QMS system architecture based on the organizational structure and create related documents.
• Organize internal quality system audits and management reviews; coordinate with certification agencies.
• Identify trends and propose preventive actions to reduce risks.
• Organize root cause analysis and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Develop standard inspection guidelines.
• Maintain records of quality activities, audits, and corrective measures.
• Track best practices and promote quality systems and process optimization.
