Job summary

Excelitas Technologies in Boulder, CO is seeking a QMS Manager to oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System at the site. You will manage documentation, audits, CAPA, and customer/supplier interactions to ensure compliance and drive quality improvements.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 5+ years in quality management within applicable manufacturing environments, with strong ISO/FDA knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in Quality Management within Advanced Manufacturing, Bioscience, Semiconductor, Aerospace, or Defense.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IATF 16949, FDA 21 CFR 820.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all QMS functions: document control, internal and supplier audits, RMAs, customer complaints.
• Improve and standardize the QMS across Excelitas globally.
• Lead site quality initiatives to reduce cost of quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing.
• Coordinate NPI activities, product qualifications, design verifications, and risk assessments.
