Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
• 3-5+ years specifically managing or owning a Quality Management System.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, audits, and system modernization.

Responsibilities

• Bridge engineering standards with practical execution on the shop floor.
