Job summary

Behavioral Health Solution's (BHS) is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) to support mental well-being in Skilled Nursing Facility settings in the Wood Village, OR area. The role involves direct and indirect care under licensed professionals and requires certification as a QMHA with MHACBO, CPR/First Aid, and adherence to safety and infection protocols.

We offer Full-time or Part-time W2 options with an hourly range of $30.00–$35.00 DOE.

Qualifications

• QMHA certification with MHACBO
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• TB screening completed within the last 12 months
• Up to date COVID-19 vaccination or exemption as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patient observations and document findings
• Assist in development and implementation of therapeutic activities
• Support patients in daily activities
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to standards
• Assist in medication administration under supervision
• Monitor and record patient progress in medical records
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Adhere to company policies and training requirements
• Participate in investigations, audits, and monitoring activities
