Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) at Woodmont Health Campus in Boonville, IN to administer prescribed medications and support residents with daily living activities. The role reports to a licensed nurse and DON, ensuring safety and accuracy in med administration.

Applicants should hold state CMA/QMA certification and CNA in good standing, with 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Formación

• Certified as a QMA or CMA by the state and maintain a CNA certification in good standing
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under supervision of a licensed nurse
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of your role
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
