Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking a Qlik Developer / BI Developer to design, develop, and deploy Qlik Sense and Qlik View applications in a hybrid setup with three days onsite per week in Washington, DC.

You will lead ETL processes, data modeling, and data wrangling tasks, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights using dashboards and storytelling. Strong SQL, Python, or R skills are required, with familiarity in federal compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Qlik Developer with Qlik Sense and Qlik View.

Job Title: Qlik Developer / BI Developer (Qlik Sense, Qlik View)

Location: Hybrid -- 3 days per week onsite in Washington, DC

Duration: Long-term contract

Interview Process: Phone screen followed by virtual technical interview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Qlik Sense and Qlik View applications to support data-driven decision-making across federal agencies.


• Lead end-to-end data integration efforts---including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of complex datasets---from source systems into intuitive, high-performance visualizations.


• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data analysts to translate requirements into actionable insights through compelling storytelling and interactive dashboards.


• Leverage Python and/or R for advanced analytics, automation, and data preprocessing tasks, integrated within the Qlik ecosystem.


• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and validate data from relational and non-relational databases.


• Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards, security protocols, and documentation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Qlik Developer with deep technical proficiency in Qlik Sense and Qlik View.


• Strong background in data wrangling, ETL processes, and data modeling.


• Hands-on experience working with federal clients or on government projects (e.g., familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FISMA, FedRAMP).


• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and automation.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud-based BI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).


• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments.


• Certifications in Qlik Sense or related technologies.
