The role reports to the Regional QHSE Manager and is responsible for uniform department performance and continuous improvement of operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong NDT knowledge, 5-7 years of progressive management experience, and proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NDT methods and applications.
• Progressive management experience in NDT or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong ability to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel for lab and field jobs.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and field equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across operations.
• Collaborate with division managers on training and client issues.
