Job summary

Bunge Morristown, IN is seeking a QA/Lab Specialist to support Quality and Food Safety at the Morristown soybean crush and refinery plants. You will report key metrics, manage sampling and data, assist with release procedures and COA generation, and help update QFS procedures.

You must have a Bachelor’s in food science, chemistry, biology or related field and 3–5 years QA/Lab experience; strong SAP and MS Office skills; and the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, biology or related field required.
• 3–5 years QA/Lab experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication and team orientation.
• Good understanding of organic, inorganic, and analytical chemistry.
• Operate analytical instruments with basic troubleshooting.
• SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, biology or related field required.
• 3-5 years QA and Laboratory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills and team orientation.
• Good understanding of organic, inorganic, and analytical chemistry.
• Operate analytical instruments including minor troubleshooting.
• Operate effectively within conflicting time restraints and prioritize jobs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as required.
