Job summary

NewCold is seeking a QESH Manager to lead Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health on site, aligning with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

You will develop training, monitor performance, conduct audits, and ensure certifications remain up to date, fostering a culture of safety. Ideal candidates have extensive warehousing safety management experience and a Bachelor’s degree; ASP or CSP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in light industrial/warehousing (3+ years).
• 6+ years in Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NFPA, BRC, VPP, and First Aid.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; ASP/CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and manage QESH policies and procedures.
• Develop training materials to support QESH compliance.
• Promote employee awareness of QESH through training and communication.
• Develop, implement and maintain QESH performance measurement programs.
• Manage accident and injury investigations and identify root causes.
• Participate in equipment design inputs for safety and emergency plans.
• Ensure training and certifications meet rules and regulations.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with external authorities and insurance inspectors.
• Conduct regular Safety, Environmental and EPA audits of the facility.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders related to QESH.
