Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced QEHS professional to lead site-level safety and quality initiatives. You will partner with operations to strengthen safety, quality, and compliance at the local facility.

You will drive safety walks, audits, training, incident follow-up, and documentation while supporting SQF, GMP, HACCP, and recall readiness. Promoting a collaborative safety culture is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and electronic forms.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and track follow-up items.
  • Experience across safety, quality, and compliance-related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the site-level contact for safety-related activities and communications.
  • Attend and support safety committee meetings and safety-related trainings.
  • Conduct safety walks, inspections, and observations to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
  • Support training, emergency action planning, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards.
  • Participate in post-accident investigations and corrective action tracking.
  • Monitor warehouse, sanitation, and product-condition inspections including cold-chain requirements.
  • Maintain QA/QC records, inspection forms, and corrective action logs.
  • Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions in partnership with QEHS leadership.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, HR, and QA to resolve site-level issues.
