Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own QC Training Program and related tasks (CAPA, deviations).
• Coordinate site activities for network-aligned training initiatives.
• Create and review training materials, SOPs and trend reports.
• Develop, monitor and report training KPIs and effectiveness.
• Mentor others on QC test methods, processes and procedures (e.g., Training Program, LIMS).
• Represent QC in regulatory inspections (internal and external audits).
• Propose improvements to training processes to boost efficiency.
