You will work weekends on rotating shifts and perform tests, inspections, and documentation to ensure compliance with GMPs and HACCP. English proficiency is required for daily operations.

Job description

We’re hiring Quality Control Technicians to support a food manufacturing company in St Charles.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support food safety and quality programs.
• Identify and correct issues in production or packaging.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance during all processes.
• Create quality status reports and monthly summaries.
• Maintain company and client QC policies and documentation.
• Complete other tasks as needed to improve product quality.
• Work weekends (off days during the week).
• QC, English, and Hierology tests required, plus interview at 26th St. office.

Requirements:

• Experience in food manufacturing or quality control.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards (GMPs, HACCP, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, with good communication skills.
• Able to work weekends and adapt to rotating schedules.
• English required (spoken and written).

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17.85/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $17.85/hr
