Insight Global is seeking a Quality Inspector in Livermore, CA to perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts and document results. You will work with warehouse and production teams to ensure parts meet engineering requirements and are released to production after quality approval.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in quality environments, proficiency with micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and gauge tools, and a meticulous, detail-focused mindset suitable for independent work.

Formación

• 2+ years of relevant quality control or inspection experience.
• Experience using measurement and inspection tools.
• Ability to document inspection results and maintain records.
• Comfortable with visual inspection and documentation.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming parts from warehouse and inspect for defects.

• Coordinate with warehouse and production during morning syncs.
• Release approved materials back to warehouse for use in production.

Job Description

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Receive incoming parts from warehouse
• Inspect components for defects, accuracy, and quality
• Log and document inspection results in systems
• Work closely with warehouse and production during morning syncs
• Maintain a steady workflow with a strong focus on detail and precision

Qualifications

• Prior quality control or inspection experience preferred
• Experience using measurement and inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with visual inspection and documentation
• Basic computer skills

• Experience in manufacturing or quality environments
