Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Specialist – QC to manage quality program planning, evaluation, and issue resolution, while providing technical advisory services.

Responsibilities include evaluating systems, analyzing data, establishing control procedures, using DSS and other government data systems, validating processes, and ensuring compliance with SOPs. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of Quality Control experience in an IT related environment.
• Experience with Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
• 3+ years’ experience working with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• 2+ years’ experience with MIL-STD-129.
• Government contracting experience is preferred.

Education And/or Experience

• BA/BS Degree in related field


• 4+ Years of Quality Control experience in an IT related environment


• Experience with Corrective Action Plans (CAP)


• 3+ years’ experience working with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Government contracting experience is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Knowledge of Material Hazard and Bio-Hazard Communication (MSDS)


• Knowledge of the Material Receiving / Handling sections of ISO 9000


• Experience with OEM Process Flow System and Procedures (NCR)


• Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel, Access and E-mail business software.


• Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team


• Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision


• Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and have a strong attention for detail.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Microsoft Office Suite (MOUS) Certification, Microsoft Certified Professional Security Clearance.

Security Clearance

• The candidate must be able to pass a thorough government administered background investigation for the site.
