Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a QC Scientist for a prominent client in Newbury Park, CA. The role focuses on transferring, developing, validating and executing analytical methods within a cGMP QC setting.

It is a 6 ½ -month assignment with Monday-Friday schedule, offering responsibilities in investigations, instrumentation troubleshooting, and CAPA reviews, plus material testing and documentation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in analytical development or validation in GMP/pharma/biopharma.
• Knowledge of analytical methods, validation and cGMP/regulatory requirements.
• Experience with statistical analysis, QC data trending, investigations preferred.
• Experience with instrument qualification, troubleshooting and raw material qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfer, develop, validate and execute analytical methods in a cGMP QC environment.
• Support analytical investigations, troubleshooting methods and instrumentation, review OOS/OOT results, deviations and CAPAs.
• Support instrument qualification, raw material testing/qualification, QC data analysis, technical documentation and special projects.
