Job summary

You will perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products while ensuring results meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong scientific background, laboratory experience, and familiarity with cGMP, GLP, analytical testing, and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field required.
• Experience in a quality control laboratory preferred.
• Biotech/pharma lab experience desirable.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical testing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and laboratory software.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, ICP-MS, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and dissolution testing.
• Perform microbiological testing and follow aseptic practices.
• Document laboratory activities, observations, calculations, and test results.
• Analyze results and identify out-of-specification findings.
• Support investigations into laboratory or product-related issues.
• Participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow SOPs, GMP/GLP requirements, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Enter and manage laboratory data using LIMS and analytical software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
• Communicate results and quality concerns with teams.
• Manage multiple testing assignments and timelines.
