Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a QC Sample Management specialist to verify and review submissions, label and store samples, and deliver them to QC laboratories. This role supports compliant, timely testing in a regulated environment.

You will monitor temperature, environmental conditions, and CO₂, and assist with cGMP/SOP compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external customers. This full-time on-site role is based in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
• Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP‑regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)
• Ability to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without current or future sponsorship

• Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements
• Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
• Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results
• Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, schedule is 1st shift Sunday - Wednesday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Base pay is between $22.50-23.50/hr. A $50 flat-rate weekend shift differential will also be included for Saturday shifts.
