Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is hiring for a Sample Management Specialist on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) in Rensselaer, NY. You will verify sample submissions, document in LIMS, handle storage, and deliver to QC labs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree, 3+ years in pharma leadership, and cGMP experience; US work authorization is required. Excellent benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences.
• Minimum of three years leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• cGMP experience required.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

• Disseminate administrative communications

• Meet all quality and productivity metrics, and demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration
• Coordinate scheduling and allocation of responsibilities, and new hire on-boarding process
• Coordinates training program
• Development of teambuilding strategies and initiatives

Additional Information

• Position is full-time with a 2nd shift, Monday-Friday schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Base compensation is $35-$41 per hour based on experience.
• 2nd shift includes a 10% shift differential
