Job summary

Axiom-Builders is seeking a QC / Punch List Technician to coordinate repairs and manage the finishing schedule for interior suites and common areas. You will work within the Quality Control team to ensure drywall, paint, and finish carpentry meet project timelines.

The role requires solid experience in high-rise construction finishing, ability to communicate deficiencies to subcontractors, and proficiency with reading construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of finishing trades (drywall, paint, finish carpentry).
• Ability to identify, document and close out deficient work items.
• Experience reading drawings and understanding finishing practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs to finish interiors on schedule.
• Manage subcontractors to meet finish quality with minimal deficiencies.
• Identify and document deficient items and ensure timely completion.
• Perform caulking, silicone, drywall repairs, and install/remove finish protection.
• Assist with general labour and material organization.
• Support with owner/client deficiency inspections.
