Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical data.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to schedule, prioritize and execute activities.
• 0–3 years laboratory experience, preferably microbiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring for viable and non-viable particulates.
• Conduct bio-burden monitoring of the facility and lab.
• Review USP and regulatory guidances to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and test the Purified Water System daily.
• Perform microbiology testing for weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
• Prepare media, dispose of wastes, and calibrate instruments.
