Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Quality Control Microbiology professional in Andover, MA to perform bioburden, endotoxin, TOC and conductivity testing on water and raw materials, and collect samples as needed. You will review data, write SOPs, and support QA activities.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with relevant experience and knowledge of GMP labs; familiarity with LWLIMS, QTS, and PDOCs is a plus. Collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience, OR an associate's degree with 4 years, OR a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and practical application of classic microbiology techniques and rapid microbial techniques is desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements for Quality Control Laboratories.
• Experience with LWLIMS, QTS and PDOCs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform bioburden, endotoxin, conductivity and TOC assays.
• Collect EM/water samples (monitoring) and related testing.
• Ensure all testing is performed per GMP and SOPs.
• Review GMP data, reports and procedures; author reports/SOP revisions.
• Attend QCM meetings and huddles.
