Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an entry-level Laboratory Technician for environmental monitoring in GMP manufacturing areas. Associate degree in life sciences and hands-on lab experience are preferred.

The role includes sample collection from water, steam, and gas systems, routine testing, and LIMS data tracking. The position offers full-time hours with on-call rotations, comprehensive benefits, and a pathway to grow in microbiology, GMP compliance, and laboratory operations

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Life Sciences required.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environments preferred.
• Environmental Monitoring experience is a plus.
• Microbial identification knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of cGMP is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring of GMP manufacturing and process areas.

Job Description

Job Description

This position is designed for candidates with an Associate degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related laboratory science field and hands-on laboratory experience. This is an entry-level laboratory technician position with limited advancement into scientist-level roles.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Life Sciences
• Relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
• Environmental Monitoring experience preferred
• Microbial identification procedure knowledge
• Knowledge cGMP is a plus
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Experience with LIMS preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, Sunday-Wednesday 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM.
• Pay range: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour based on experience level
